Established in the spring of 2025, Melorus Books and Occult Emporium is spreading its wings in the metaphysical and esoteric world. While books, both fiction and non-fiction, are the mainstay of Melorus's business, the online store also offers Tarot services with an eye for occult tradition and spiritual depth. 

At Melorus, we believe in giving old classics and out-of-print books a chance to reach new generations of readers and so it is with great pride that we've launched the Melorus Classics, and Melorus Esoterica lines of books.

In spring 2026, we're publishing noted astrologer William Lilly’s History of His Life and Times in a beautiful new edition. First published in 1715, from a manuscript dedicated by the author to his friend and colleague Elias Ashmole, Esq., the book is a great introduction to Renaissance Astrology and gives us a fascinating glimpse into the life of a practicing esotericist.

Just like you, at Melorus we love well-made, aesthetically pleasing books. Our hardcovers come with beautifully designed jackets and the books themselves are made with high quality Wibalin book cover cloth. Utilizing the impressive strides made in print-on-demand technologies Melorus is able to offer great quality and aesthetics to our readers. 

Our printers use paper sourced from FSC-certified suppliers. In addition, we pay great attention to detail in the pre-printing stage of each and every new publication. From interior formatting to jacket design, we're involved in every production stage until the book files reach the printers, at which point we set our sights on the next exciting project. 

Our dream is that our books will be read often and then remain cherished parts of people’s lives for years to come.
